Privacy Policy

This policy explains how RJ Printworks Pty Ltd (ABN 42 681 524 256), trading as Prime Tags ("we", "us"), handles personal information in PrimeTrack. We handle it in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, work email, organisation name, country and approximate asset count.
• Workspace data: asset records, tag codes, locations, photos and documents you upload, inspection and check-out history, and user roles for people you invite.
• Billing metadata: plan, subscription status and Stripe customer/subscription references. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.
• Technical data: login session and notification delivery records.

Why we use it

To provide the service (registers, scans, inspections, reminders), manage subscriptions, send transactional emails (invitations, verification, reminders you enable), and support you. We don't sell personal information and we don't use your workspace data to advertise to others.

Where it lives

Application data is hosted in Australia (Sydney) by our database provider. Access is restricted per-organisation, and our team can only view workspace data to provide support at your request or where necessary to operate the service.

Sharing

We share data only with providers that help us run PrimeTrack — currently our hosting provider (Supabase) and payment provider (Stripe) — under their own security obligations, plus email delivery for transactional messages. We may disclose information if required by law.

Retention and your choices

You can export your data (CSV) or delete records in-app at any time. Closing your workspace stops processing; we delete or de-identify workspace data on request, aside from short backups and billing/tax records we must keep.
