Terms of Service

These terms apply to the PrimeTrack asset-tracking service ("PrimeTrack", "the service") provided by RJ Printworks Pty Ltd (ABN 42 681 524 256), trading as Prime Tags, 1/12 Sette Court, Pakenham VIC 3810 ("we", "us", "our"). By creating a workspace you agree to these terms.

1. The service

PrimeTrack lets you record, track and inspect physical assets using QR/barcode tags, and manage compliance records. Features evolve over time; we may add, change or remove non-core features.

2. Accounts and workspaces

You must provide accurate business and contact details and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity in your workspace, including users you invite. You must be authorised to act for the organisation you register.

3. Free trial, plans and billing

• Every new workspace starts with a 5-day free trial. No card is required and the trial does not auto-convert.
• Paid plans are billed monthly in AUD, prices include GST. Plans are per-asset tiers with unlimited users; see the pricing page for current limits and prices.
• Plans are month-to-month with no lock-in. Cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period. We use Stripe for payments — we never see or store your card details.
• Failed payments may pause or limit access until the account is brought up to date.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use PrimeTrack unlawfully, to track people, or to store sensitive categories of data the service isn't designed for (e.g. financial records or health data in free-text fields). Don't attempt to access other organisations' data or disrupt the service.

5. Your data

You own the data you put into PrimeTrack (asset records, photos, inspection history). We process it only to run the service. You can export or request deletion of your data at any time. Data is hosted in Australia.

6. Tags and hardware

Tags and labels are supplied under the Prime Tags standard terms of sale (see primetags.com.au). Tag codes are unique but not security secrets — don't store sensitive information in a code or label.

7. Availability and support

We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without warranties to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here excludes rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits or data where reasonable backups exist.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email. You can close your workspace at any time; we may suspend workspaces that breach these terms or remain unpaid.
